Job Description

  • The ideal candidate is expected to have a proven track record of expertise spanning 3 to 7 years in implementing Time and Absence, Benefits Modules. Specifically, they should have actively participated in a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of these modules.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have worked on Rollout engagements, functioning independently as a Functional Consultant in one or more of the following HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence, Time Labor, and Benefits. This requires comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with technical expertise in developing reports and data conversion using HCM Cloud tools such as BIP, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
  • Furthermore, the ideal candidate should demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Absence, Time and Labor, and Benefits modules, including a profound grasp of their respective business processes and data flow. Their role extends to providing consulting expertise, offering guidance on best practices for business processes, and assisting in seamless implementations.
  • In addition to their HCM Cloud expertise, the candidate should have experience in custom SharePoint development. Their responsibilities in this capacity include configuring and customizing SharePoint systems to align with company specifications, building scalable web applications, coding, and software debugging.
  • Moreover, this individual will play a pivotal role in the Oracle HCM Cloud environment, with responsibilities encompassing designing, building/configuring, and testing complex requirements. They should adeptly translate business requirements into suitable configurations and technical components within the Oracle Cloud system. Furthermore, they should conduct design workshops, create workbooks, and meticulously document the system design, facilitating a seamless implementation process.

Education + Experience:

Candidates for the position of Salesforce Senior Engineer are expected to meet the following qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:
    • Possess a Bachelor’s (BCA/Bachelor’s degree) or Master’s (MCA/Master’s degree) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  2. Work Experience:
    • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in information systems or a related field. This experience should encompass proficiency in Salesforce.com cloud, Force.com, web application development, Salesforce.com integration, and application extension.
