Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for [Specific Role/Position]

  1. Source Candidates: Utilize a diverse set of search methods to identify potential candidates. This includes job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other innovative sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
  2. Screen Candidates: Review resumes and job applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the roles. Conduct phone screenings to further evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
  3. Stay Abreast of Recruiting Trends: Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, tools, and best practices. Stay ahead of industry changes and integrate relevant innovations into the hiring process.
  4. Manage Interview and Selection Process: Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective interview questions and evaluation criteria. Provide timely feedback to candidates and guide them through the selection process. Act as a liaison between candidates and the organization, ensuring clear communication throughout.
  5. Closing Process: Facilitate the offer and negotiation process, assisting candidates with any questions or concerns. Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications and Professional Background

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, or a BTech / BE degree.
  • Preferred 1-4 years of experience in the field of recruiting.
  • Demonstrable expertise in full-lifecycle recruiting.
  • Proven ability to utilize cutting-edge research and sourcing techniques to identify top talent for specialized and challenging-to-fill positions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
